File format conversion

The following functions facilitate the integration of binary executables that operate on images in the `Analyze 7.5 file format <http://web.archive.org/web/20070927191351/http://www.mayo.edu/bir/PDF/ANALYZE75.pdf>`_ with workflows based on the newer `NIfTI-1 <http://nifti.nimh.nih.gov/nifti-1/>`_ format.
