  • inputnode.lobar_grid – Grid file with coordinates based on the Talairach atlas
  • inputnode.lobar_tracing – Lobar tracing

Outputs:

Parameters:
  • outputnode.parcellation – SABRE parcellation
  • outputnode.parcel_grid – Modified grid file with coordinates based on the Talairach atlas
